Along with her band Luz da Manhã Simone ensures a sultry swing evening with well-known Bossa nova & Samba styles. Their repertoire includes songs from the great Antonio Carlos Jobim, João Gilberto, Elis Regina, Céu and Samba-classics by Martinho da Villa. For the real Brazil feel Luz da Manhã can be booked with extra instruments like Cavaquinho and Pandeiro.
As The Simone Pormes Quartet the band can also be booked for corporate events or private party’s. Their compositions and music style offer excellent background music during dinner or as a short pre dinner / banquet concert.
In addition to her own compositions Simone can provide a diverse repertoire of well known songs and styles in pop, jazz, soul, Italian, Brazilian and Christmas songs of all time around the christmas season. It is possible to book a combination of the aforementioned styles.
